Is this mineral sunscreen?
Yes—our sun protection is mineral based for comfortable, everyday broad-spectrum wear. We utilize non-nano zinc oxide as well as cacao, rasberry seed oil, carrot oil, coconut oil, and jojoba oil.
What does “reef-safe” mean?
We avoid ingredients commonly associated with reef harm and focus on responsible formulation choices. Our ingredients pose zero impact risks to the marine ecosystem and reefs.
How often should I reapply?
Reapply at least every 1 to 2 hours, and after swimming, sweating, or towel-drying. A thick “non rubbed in” initial application is recommended with frequent reapplication throughout your time in the sun and between sessions!
Is it good for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are made to be gentle—always patch test and review the Ingredients page for details. The oils in our product are great for hydration during sun exposure and after. These oils have been used for generations by people for homeopathic skin care and medicinal purposes.
